Board of Directors Meeting - Tuesday, October 22, 2008 – 7:00 pm

Present -   Dennis Delbert, President, Tom Rownd, 1st. VP, Denny Stephan, 2nd. VP Diane Basich, Secretary, Marti Stephan, Treasurer, John Bartsch, Membership, Angela Zambito, co-editor, and Bill Freyler, communications.

• The Board discussed the following issues:

• Race Director Agreement
• Race Timing Systems
• New Club Race

After a discussion regarding the above issues, the following action will be taken.

Race Director Agreement –

Final draft was constructed.  (See attachment.)

                       Timing System –

Denny Stephan presented some ideas to the board regarding the club purchase of a new timing system. 

Dennis Delbert will present new timing system to George Fraiser.

Club Race -

 Race director, Angela Zambito presented her race “Race     for Hope” that will be held on Sat.,  April 18, 2009.

Motion was made by Tom Rownd, second, Denny Stephan. To accept “Race for Hope” as a club organized race.

Motion carried.
